The fellowship came into existence in 1997 under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Dr. E.O. Kehinde. The group consists of Christian women whose husbands had gone to be with the Lord. The group was formerly known and addressed as Ruth society. The purpose of organizing this group of women is to see to their welfare and continued social, psychological and spiritual development.

In order to achieve this aim, the church embarked upon the following:
(a.) Yearly sponsoring of annual retreat of this group to Camp Young Ede for spiritual rejuvenation.
(b.) Distribution of foodstuff and other materials to this group at various times especially during Christian festivals such as Easter and Christmas.
(c.) Regular visit to the members by church pastors and deacons.

The groups presently have fifty members. The coordinators are: Mrs M.A. Adeniyi, Dns V.O. Oguntunde, Mrs. C.O. Bamgbala, Mrs M.A. Abiola and Mrs E.O. Babalola.

Overseeing the group are Dns. H.A. Adenihun, Dn E.O. Oguntomi, Dns. N.A. Laosebikan and Dns. Ajayi. To the glory of God, members of the group are coping with challenges of life through the help of Holy Spirit and assistance of the church.
