Drink Good amount of liquids at least 10glasses everyday to prevent high level of addition within the system.


Don’t smoke or take alcohol.
Use comfortable, non-restricting shoe to avoid weakness and inflammation to the toes, feet and ankle.
Don’t acquire over the counter prescription drugs or herbal medicine.
Book or register for Antenatal care early.
