"Give unto the Lord the glory due unto His name, bring an offering and come before Him. Worship the Lord in the beauty of his holiness" (ii Chronicles16: 29).

Worship services in Union Baptist Church, Osogbo are hinged on the above scripture among several others. The whole essence of our worship is to give glory to God Almighty, bring to him our sacrifices of praise and thanksgiving and declare His Lordship over our lives in an atmosphere of the presence of God the Father, Son and blessed Holy Spirit. On our programme bulletin, there is a welcome note that reads thus:

“Welcome to the Church where the weary find rest, all who mourn find comfort, those struggling find victories, sinners find Saviour, strangers finds fellowship and those idle find a place for service.”
Every week we have resolved according to Psalm 132:7 that."We will go into His tabernacles; we will worship at His footstool." Hence, our worship moments are as follow:

SUNDAY SERVICES
First Worship moment in English at 7:30a.m
Second Worship moment in Yoruba at 10:30a.m
Third Worship moment in homes at 5p.m
According to John 5:39 we search the scriptures during Sunday School Bible study between 9:30a.m to 10:30a.m

WEDNESDAY MID-WEEK WORSHIP
This service is like worship moments on Sundays except that it is shorter in duration and it focuses principally on prayer and word ministration.
It is predicated principally on worship in praises, word ministration in prayers and experiencing Christ in wonders.

SHILOH WORSHIP
As it is written in Isaiah 66:23, ”And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another... shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord”.
In the beginning, the entire union family from all worship centers comes together every first Sunday of the month to celebrate the Lordship of Christ in their lives and recommit themselves to God through the Holy Communion among other significant worship encounters such as praise fiesta, anointed choir ministration and powerful life changing ministration in the word.
To allow both old and new members to appreciate the goodness of God together on Shiloh Day, Shiloh service is held in all the worship centres of Union family.

MID-YEAR REVIVAL SERVICE
Usually, the Union family from all worship centers comes together every mid year to offer sacrifice of thanks for His faithfulness and love throughout the first half of the Year. Notable men of God within and outside Osogbo have been invited to lead the service at different time. Testimonies of God’s saving, healing and divine visitation experiences abound to the glory of God.

PRAISE REVIVAL
This comes up every December. The main motive is to give sacrifice of praise to God for seeing us through the Year. Notable ministers of God like Pastor and Mrs. Philip Adika, Lady Evangelist Toun Soetan, Dr. Lani Stephen and a host of other ministers have been invited to lead the congregation in corporate thanksgiving.

HOME REVIVAL
Home revival of the Church holds in the month of April of every Year. The week is usually opened with a weeklong revival programme. Notable men and women of faith who have untainted testimony of a sound bible based Christian Home have been invited at one time or another to lead the revival. The list includes Rev. and Rev (Mrs) Jidedoyin Abimbola, Dr. and Mrs. Jijagbemi, and Mrs. Ijagbulu. On the last day of revival, a family get-together tagged “Couples Day” usually holds. Through the revival, many broken homes have been restored to the glory of God.
To the glory of God in Union Baptist Church Odi-Olowo, Osogbo we can boldly say “We are the circumcision which worship God in the Spirit and rejoice in Christ Jesus and have no confidence in the flesh” (Philip 3:3)

BELIEVERS CONGRESS
Believers Congress of the Church holds in the month of October of every year. It is a weeklong programme. It is a forum designed for re-union, impartation that will be a blessing to members of the Church and the daughter Churches.
The first of its kind was held between October 26, 2008 and October 31, 2008. Most of the people that tasted from the pudding in their response through their church leaders requested that the celebration should be annual. At the end of the week long celebration, there was great increase in the growth of our churches as a result of the souls saved and baptized. Testimonies from daughter Churches confirmed this assertion. Also, there was financial blessing which was reflected in the growth of the church finance.
This year 2009 Congress was held between October 25 and October 31, 2009.God really manifested His glory again in our midst as it did last year, through deliverance, salvation, healing and miracle. Notable men of God ever invited are Rev. Segun Babalola, Rev. Obaloluwa Osuolale, Rev S.O. Oyinlola and Pastor Bukky Gbenro.
