“Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost” (Matthew 28:19)

The Church, in obedience to the above quoted passage of the Holy Bible and in line with the Operation Reach All Programme of the Nigerian Baptist Convention planted some churches.

These churches are:

1. First Baptist Church, Erin Osun: It was founded in 1962 by Mr. P.T. James (a missionary) but was adopted and nurtured by Union Baptist Church. The Late Mr. Emmanuel Akande was appointed to lead the Church in 1978. The church is doing well till today to the glory of God under the pastoral leadership of Rev. E.O. Toyese.

2. Ebenezer Baptist Church, Osogbo: It was founded in 1977 with the temporary place of worship at the residence of Late Oba Famoodun (the Owa of Igbajo) at Famson Street, Osogbo. The church is presently on its own site and it is doing well to the glory of God under the leadership of Rev. M.A. Ebo.

3. Calvary Baptist Church, Osogbo: The church was founded on the 30th of October 1983. It was situated in the former Chapel of Baptist Girls High School, Osogbo. At inception, Mr. G.O. Oyetunji was appointed to lead the church. The church received tremendous support from Union Baptist Church under the dynamic leadership of Dn. L.O. Ogunkola. The church is doing well to His glory under Rev. Felix Bola Adeyemi.

4. Dada Estate Baptist Church, Osogbo: The church was founded on January 19th, 1992 under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Dr. T.F. Jemiriye. At inception, Pa. J.O. Fagbemi and Dn. S.O. Laoye were sent from Union Baptist Church to co ordinate the activities of the church. The church is now a full-fledged Baptist Church and it is doing well to the glory of God under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Olafemi Akano.

5. Mercyland Baptist Church, Osogbo: The church was founded in the year 1993 through the Operation Reach All (ORA) Programme of the Osogbo Baptist Men Missionary Union carried out at IsaleAgbara area of Osogbo town. Some members of Union Baptist Church volunteered to join the new church. They are Messers David Adeleke, Kayode Bankole, Amos Ogunlola, Evang. S. Oladipupo, and Dn. John Gabriel was seconded from Union Baptist Church to lead the new church. Late Pastor E.A. Akande was also sent from Union Baptist Church to lead the church. He was still the leader of the church till he transferred membership to the Church Triumphant. The church was nurtured to maturity and was finally organized on 20th November 2004 under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Dr. E.O. Kehinde and is being led by Pastor Simeon Ade Ademola.

6. Glory Baptist Church, Osogbo: The church was founded on 16th June 1996 by Union Baptist Church under the spiritual leadership of Rev. Dr. E.O. Kehinde. At inception, Pastor Matthew Ayodele Olusina was seconded from Union Baptist Church to lead the church. The church is presently on its permanent site and it is flourishing well to the glory of God under the leadership of Pastor Femi Fadun.

7. Rhema Baptist Church, Osogbo: The dream and vision of having an English Speaking Baptist Church in Osogbo became a reality on 15th of May 1999. The inaugural service was held on the above stated date. At inception, Dn. I.A. Fadeyi was appointed to lead the church. The church was organized in June 2000 as a full-fledged Baptist Church under the spiritual leadership of Rev. Dr. E.O. Kehinde. Rev. Kayode Sojobi is currently leading the church.

8. New Covenant Baptist Church, Ofatedo: The vision of evangelizing Ofatedo area (a town not far from Osogbo) came to reality on 4th of August, 2002 through the dynamic spiritual leadership of Rev. Dr. E.O. Kehinde. Inaugural service was held on the stated date. Bro. Jide Jegede was appointed as the ministry co-ordinator while Pastor Patrick Rotimi Akinbode, a student from Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, Ogbomoso was appointed to pastor the church. The church was formally organized in the year 2004. The church is doing well to God's glory under the pastoral leadership of Pastor Sunday Ajekigbe.

9. Rehoboth Baptist Church, Osogbo: History was made again on the 14th of March 2004 when a new church named Rehoboth Baptist Church was inaugurated. The church was founded to consolidate the work of a group of Missionary from America who came to Osun state and worked in Ota-Efun area of Osogbo. Prior to the arrival of the missionaries, it has been envisioned by Rev. Dr. E.O. Kehinde that Biket-Ota-Efun Home Church Fellowship would develop into a full church. The church took off her fellowships in the hall of the Roseful International High School, Osogbo; nurtured and co-coordinated by Rev. Dr. E.O. Kehinde and the Evangelism Committee of the Union Baptist Church through the leadership of Pastor Kayode Babawale. The church has moved to its permanent and it is growing well to God’s glory under the pastoral leadership of Pastor Kayode Babawale.

10. Pilgrim Baptist Church, Woru Area: The vision of evangelizing Woru community became a reality on the 24th of April 2005 when a new church named Pilgrim Baptist Church was inaugurated in the area under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Dr. E.O. Kehinde. The church was co-ordinated by Surveyor P.F. Fagbamila in conjuction with evangelism committee of Union Baptist Church until July, 2006 when Pastor Sunday Ogundijo assumed leadership there.

11. Goshen Baptist Church, Owode: After a 3-day revival service, this church was birthed on Sunday 9th of July 2006 at Owode, a settlement close to Osun State Government secretariat, Abere, through the “Evangelism by church." by Dr. Olumide Kehinde. Pastor Israel Ali started the coordination of the church with the supporting effort of the church evangelism unit. Currently, Pastor is coordinating the church.

12. Jubilee Baptist Church, Osogbo: Another history was made when Jubilee Baptist Church was inaugurated on the 18th February, 2007, through the spiritual leadership of Rev. Dr. E.O.Kehinde. The conception of the birth of this Church coincided with the making of the Golden Jubilee Anniversary of Union Baptist Church (the mother Church) which took place on October 28 2006; though the vision had been seen in year 2002. Dn J.A. Ogunwuyi was appointed as the ministry coordinator to be assisted by his wife Dns F. O. Ogunwuyi. The Church was formally organized on the 16th February, 2008 along side the sanctuary dedication by the General Secretary of the Nigerian Baptist Convention in person of Rev. Dr. S.A. Ishola. To the glory of God the church is marching on under the leadership of Rev. Mike Abioye.

13. Also, in 2007 and 2008 COBAC and All-Nations Baptist Churches were inaugurated respectively.
